Jetcraft Trading — an alliance between Jet Aviation and Jetcraft Corporation to offer worldwide solutions for aircraft sales and acquisition services

Jetcraft Trading ? a new strategic alliance between the Jet Aviation group and Jetcraft Corporation will offer worldwide solutions for aircraft sales and acquisition services. The announcement came at this year's NBAA (Jet Aviation booth #3408 and Jetcraft Corporation booth #3308) in Atlanta, GA / USA. The new entity comprises 85 years of combined experience and enables Jet Aviation to round out its service portfolio by adding Jetcraft's aircraft sales and consulting expertise.

With a 45-year track record in aircraft transactions, a large customer base and longstanding industry relationships, Jetcraft Corporation is a leader in business aircraft acquisitions, sales, trades and brokerage. Their aircraft purchasing and consulting expertise will compliment Jet Aviation's global reach and long term industry and OEM relationships.

Jetcraft Trading, the new entity, has full-service offices in Minneapolis, MN, Raleigh-Durham, NC and Redding, CA. As a result of the alliance, Jetcraft Trading has established an office in St. Louis, MO and will be adding additional offices in Teterboro, NJ and Zurich, Switzerland in October 2007. Jetcraft Trading is also considering additional locations in the Middle East, Latin America and the Asia / Pacific regions to meet customer demand in these key markets. When fully mature, the alliance is expected to offer consolidated access to business / VIP aircraft buyers and sellers throughout the world as the only true global solution.

Peter Edwards, CEO of the Jet Aviation group, envisions many client benefits: "Structured as an adjacent, but independent enterprise, this new alliance will effectively serve to bridge an important space in Jet Aviation's unique end-to-end service delivery. From the decision to purchase to aircraft delivery, Jetcraft Trading will provide knowledgeable, objective and independent advice to its clients."

John Ames, president and CEO of Jetcraft Corporation, says, "We look forward to aligning with Jet Aviation, knowing that all support services such as aircraft management, arranging for supplemental charter, and full FBO services will be seamlessly available to our clients. Jet Aviation's completions, maintenance and refurbishment capabilities put the finishing touches on our worldwide offering."

"In the relationship-driven business that is private aviation, the two companies' expertise and trusted reputations worldwide will benefit all Jetcraft Trading clients," adds Edwards. "Above all," says Ames, "Jetcraft Trading will be a customer-centric organization."
