The Heliwork acquisition strengthens Castle Air's position as a provider of rotary maintenance in the UK and enables the group to offer advanced blade repair services and component overhauls.

Castle Air has been Cornwall Air Ambulance's air operations partner since 2021. The organisation has over 40 years' experience in providing helicopter services across the UK and internationally, carrying out HEMS missions.

Due to the success of its busy London Biggin Hill facility, Castle Air decided to expand by purchasing the hangar next door. This will double the size of its facility as well as giving it much needed apron space.
