Two senior promotions step up to the challenge as Harrods Aviation get ready for post pandemic recovery. With customer service being king, staff retention was key to moving forward, says managing director.

Harrods Aviation ops director Kerry Besgrove says that staff have adapted well to operational changes, including a stringent cleaning routine and temperature checks before entering the building.

From 1 April 2020, Stobart Jet Centre will pause all operations in order to protect its staff, enabling them to self-isolate and protect their families. The London Heliport is also closed.
