RVL's engineering department, headed by Dean Simpkins, was at the forefront of maintaining operational normality during the darker days of the pandemic. Three teams were set up to rotate to avoid losing work.

David Lacy's 30-year career in aviation started in airline operations including Heavylift Cargo Airlines and Air 2000. A freelancer following a spell with Cello, he has been tracking RVL's progress and is delighted to join.
