Premier Private Jets has been on an acquisition path the last few years, adding a major MRO facility in Dayton plus the Dayton and Cincinnati FBOs. Kelly Lurz brings strong managerial skills across the operation.

Premier has been in growth mode over the last two years in its service area east of the Mississippi. As it expands, it is affiliating with respected partners in all its activities, Titan being the latest.

Premier acquired a major MRO base in Dayton in late 2023 that its previous owner, Stevens Aerospace and Defense Systems, had slated for closure, so it already had a strong presence on the James M Cox site.
