Testing will be carried out in phases, progressing from operations at smaller airports in northern Norway, to testing from novel or adapted access points, and finally, to operations into a major Norwegian aviation hub.

Six months of real-world flying gave Bristow a clearer view of how electric aircraft can be supported through both regulation and infrastructure.

The flight was conducted by Bristow pilot Jeremy Degagne and Beta pilot Nate Dubie. In addition to kicking off Norway’s first Test Arena, this flight represents another key step on the road to commercialising AAM.
