The EAAA is very grateful for the years of service Steve Norris has given. He is an exemplary HEMS pilot, an expert in his field, and a cherished and respected aviator.

Norwich airport donates free landing fees and charges to the EAAA and allows movements outside of normal operating hours. Facilitating access in this way is a critical enabler of emergency response.

As a result of the increased operational hours, EAAA crews  have been able  to  cover a much wider area in  East Anglia  at night, helping more patients than was previously possible, averaging nearly three missions a night.
