Vista will continue to use APG’s iPreFlight Genesis to determine MTOWs and isFlightPossible for flight feasibility, and aims to add iPreFlight Genesis PRO to the portfolio to optimise fleet management over the coming years.

Vista is the world's largest on demand charter provider by hours flown, and the group has seen an increase year-on-year of 67 per cent in global flight hours across its operating companies, including VistaJet and XO.

Apollo Jets, an ARGUS Certified Broker headquartered in New York, is now part of Vista Global. As part of the acquisition, XO will offer a management service to existing clients and new owners, operated by Talon Air.
