Ascend Development plans to complete in 2007 a 500,000 sq foot private hangar development at Stewart International Airport (SWF), New York, targeted at both private jet owners and commercial real estate investors. Gary Briggs, president of the California based airport real estate company that specializes in private jet hangars, says construction will start on the Parkavion SWF development in 2007.
