Premier has been in growth mode over the last two years in its service area east of the Mississippi. As it expands, it is affiliating with respected partners in all its activities, Titan being the latest.

Premier acquired a major MRO base in Dayton in late 2023 that its previous owner, Stevens Aerospace and Defense Systems, had slated for closure, so it already had a strong presence on the James M Cox site.

CEO Josh Birmingham has put in place an expanded leadership team to lead the company through the next stages of growth.
