Premier acquired a major MRO base in Dayton in late 2023 that its previous owner, Stevens Aerospace and Defense Systems, had slated for closure, so it already had a strong presence on the James M Cox site.

CEO Josh Birmingham has put in place an expanded leadership team to lead the company through the next stages of growth.

The addition of Dayton-based MRO and FBO facilities provides more capacity to service Premier's own fleet as well as other aircraft.
