In a pilot project, Neste collects used cooking oil from DFW airport eateries and converts it into renewable fuel, which Avfuel delivers back to the airport for its business aviation customers. The first load has been delivered.

While carbon offsetting provides emissions reductions, the most effective solution to reach sustainability goals remains the widespread adoption of SAF. Avfuel continues to work with producers for enhanced availability.
