Rafael Matos, founder of Black Taxi Aereo, will become head of aviation at Flapper’s aircraft management and fractional ownership division. A GIV-SP owned by Flapper’s main shareholder will be added in Q4 2025.

The air taxi company is launching regular, twice weekly routes between Minas Gerais and Governador Valadares, an area growing in economic importance.

In 2017 it was simply a charter company, then Black Aviação branched out into FBO services. Last year alone it gave 1,264 assistances, and so far this year has tended to around 700 aircraft.
