DRF welcomes EC145 to Dortmund and reassigns Christoph 42

At 700 km, DRF Luftrettung's EC145 in Dortmund has a longer range, uses up to 10 per cent less fuel and, at 254 km/h instead of 240 km/h, has a higher operating speed than the previous model, a BK117.
