Construction of VoltAero's final assembly facility begins at Rochefort

The facility will serve as the build-up site and delivery centre for Cassio aircraft. It will incorporate the final assembly line, workshop, logistics area and design/engineering offices, and should complete by August 2024.
VoltAero's Cassio assembly facility is cleared for construction; completion targeted for June 2024. Three final assembly lines will sit alongside a tarmac area and a taxiway that connects to the airport runway.
Rochefort wins the race to produce VoltAero Cassios

The VoltAero facility will be situated on a 6,770 sqm site at Rochefort airport that incorporates the assembly line, logistics areas and offices. Construction is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2022.
