Piasecki acquires Lockheed Martin Sikorsky Heliplex in Pennsylvania

The acquisition will enable expansion of R&D and production capabilities in vertical lift technologies. Its zero-emission helicopter will be built and tested there, for which ZeroAvia is developing hydrogen fuel cell tech.
