Metro selects 20 Alia eVTOLs by Beta

Beta has begun production of its all-electric aircraft, the Alia VTOL and its conventional counterpart, the Alia CTOL. Metro believes that Beta is the pick of the bunch when analysing electric aircraft manufacturers.
Beta Tech raises $300m plus to fund growth

Air New Zealand's purchase of one Beta Alia CTOL meets the airline's goal of flying a commercial demonstrator by 2026. It will be operated in the cargo sector over routes of around 150kms.
