Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will develop and implement dynamic and engaging marketing campaigns.

The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Director of Marketing and other internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement dynamic and engaging marketing campaigns across multiple communication channels both internal and external. Strategies and tactics include email marketing, digital media platforms, social media channels, print advertising, event planning, and public relations.

Core Schedule

Days: Monday thru Friday

Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Some on call or evening/weekend hours may be required

Responsibilities:

Develop marketing plans that include strategies and tactics for each vertical (charter, aircraft management, FBO, aircraft maintenance, sales and acquisitions and flight training)

Review and analyze ROI on utilized advertising and marketing strategies

Assist with procuring and writing website content, including photography and creative content

Draft news releases, blogs, white papers, and articles

Provide strategic direction on creative development and managing relationships with creative contractors (graphic design, digital, signage, etc.)

Assist in the creation of marketing collateral for enterprise programs

Create and distribute monthly Team Member newsletter, including collection and creation of content

Assist in the creation and distribution of external marketing email campaigns.

Plan and execute company’s presence at high-profile events, such as trade shows, career fairs, industry events, and local events

Create and post social media content in line with established brand standards utilizing a social media content calendar

Special projects and other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications required

Minimum of 3-5 years related experience

Experience in graphic design and/or public relations preferred

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign and Photoshop)

Familiar with Microsoft 365 programs (specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word)

Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred

Preference given to candidates with experience in aviation or travel services

Effective at organizing, planning, and prioritizing work with multiple and changing priorities and deadlines. Strong time management skills.

Adaptable, driven to execute and accomplish tasks on tight timelines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Tenacious self-starter with a mature outlook.

Proven ability to operate independently and achieve results

Enthusiastic, committed, and conscientious.

Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced and quickly changing environment.

Professional, well spoken, and comfortable speaking to Team Members, clients, owners, vendors, and guests from all demographics.

Effective decision maker and problem solver. Ability to analyze information and evaluate results to choose a solution that benefits both the supplier and the customer.
